Terms of Service

By accessing or using PostStreak ("the Service"), operated by Polykoe, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polykoe.

To use PostStreak, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction for entering into a binding contract)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from PostStreak for a violation of these Terms

When you create a PostStreak account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any connected social account tokens
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

PostStreak accounts are for individual use. You may not share access to your account or use it to manage accounts on behalf of multiple unaffiliated parties without a commercial arrangement with Polykoe.

You agree to use PostStreak only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• ✕Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
• ✕Post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or artificially inflate engagement metrics
• ✕Publish content that impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
• ✕Post content that infringes any intellectual property, trademark, or copyright
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PostStreak systems or other users' data
• ✕Use the Service to circumvent platform policies of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, or Threads
• ✕Automate usage of PostStreak beyond its intended features (e.g. scraping, bot activity)

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

PostStreak uses Groq's language models to generate post content, hooks, and threads based on your prompts. By using these features:

• You understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes — you are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
• You own the content you publish, including AI-assisted content, and are solely responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform terms.
• PostStreak makes no warranty that AI-generated content will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result.
• You must not use AI features to generate content that violates the Acceptable Use policy above.

PostStreak enables you to publish content to LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. By connecting these accounts:

• You confirm you have the right to authorize PostStreak to publish on your behalf on each connected platform.
• You remain bound by the Terms of Service of each platform (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Meta).
• PostStreak is not liable for actions taken by those platforms, including restricting, suspending, or removing your account on their service.
• Changes to third-party APIs may affect our ability to publish to specific platforms. We will communicate any such disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all platforms at all times.

PostStreak offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.
• Polykoe reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create or publish through PostStreak. By using the Service, you grant Polykoe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

Our service: PostStreak, including its logo, design, codebase, and branding, is the intellectual property of Polykoe. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

PostStreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Polykoe does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Posts scheduled through PostStreak will always publish successfully to third-party platforms
• AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for your intended use
• Use of the Service will result in any specific business or social media outcome

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polykoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use PostStreak.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PostStreak in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Termination ends your subscription at the next billing cycle (no mid-cycle refunds unless otherwise agreed).

By us: Polykoe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PostStreak shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Polykoe is incorporated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• We will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of PostStreak after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
